At Saint-Gobain, we are committed to protecting the health and promoting the well-being of our employees, customers, suppliers, users of our products and solutions, and communities neighboring the markets where we operate.

For this, we developed a Health Policy that aims to promote a work environment that protects the physical and mental health of our employees through initiatives and programs that reinforce the Group's purpose. In addition to protecting our employees, we are also concerned with offering tools to promote health – in this way, they become protagonists of their own well-being. We encourage actions that can transform the routine and daily life of employees, such as physical exercise and healthy eating. 
In addition, we work to preserve the health and well-being of our customers by developing products and solutions that offer:

  • Thermal comfort;
  • Indoor air quality;
  • Aesthetic quality.

We have also created an Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) booklet whose main objective is to promote:

  • ZERO accidents at work;
  • ZERO occupational diseases;
  • ZERO environmental accidents and minimal impact on our activities.
