Having diverse and inclusive teams is one of the ways we get closer to our purpose of making the world a better place.

Our purpose of making the world a better and more sustainable place to live sets the path for the future of the Saint-Gobain Group. This path involves overcoming humanity's greatest challenges, including respect for diversity and the inclusion of people in our organization and society. 

We are an international, multi-local company as diverse as our businesses, customers and consumers. We are integrated into the territories in which we operate with the responsibility and desire to support the construction of a more sustainable world. 

To promote a corporate culture that is open and connected to the local context, we recognize and respect that each individual is unique. We want to integrate and mobilize individual differences by creating an inclusive environment that enables everyone's professional growth.

It is by understanding the central role of diversity in the sustainability of our business that we prioritize the topic globally, with local action for better effectiveness in accordance with the peculiarities of each context.

In Brazil, we implemented the Diversity Committee, made up of representatives from all businesses, whose objective is to establish common guidelines, share good practices and give visibility to the results achieved.
