Description
Gyproc ShaftWall provides a protective structure which can be incorporated at an early stage of construction without the need for scaffolding. It can be fully assembled from the room side of the shaft as it can be built from one side. The wall is specified as a high performance fire-rated wall between two elements where conventional construction from both sides would not be practical.
Gyproc ShaftWall system forms a wall of minimum 94mm thick, and it can accomodate vertical, deflection, and satisfy height and pressure requirements. It provides up to 2 hours fire rating in accordance to BS 476: Part 20 & 22, and meets severe duty rating in accordance with BS 5234: Part 2.

Application
Gyproc ShaftLiner ideally used for interior wall systems requiring enhanced fire resistance performance in dry areas, particularly where installation access is limited to one side only.
