On 20th April 2017, Gyproc Malaysia together with Weber Malaysia and E.Mix conducted a technical presentation to architects from the Public Works Department (JKR) in Perak held at their office in Ipoh. There was also a technical demonstration conducted by Weber Malaysia for the participants to better understand their products and application.
Gyproc Malaysia conducted an educational talk to architecture, interior design and quantity surveying students from Taylor's University on 3rd May 2017. Over 150 students attended this technical presentation on our products and solutions. We take pride in being able to impart our knowledge to the bright young minds of tomorrow.
Practical demonstrations are always the best when it comes to showcasing our products and solutions. Gyproc Malaysia have set up a mock-up display of our systems at the Public Works Department's (JKR) Centre of Excellence for Engineering & Technology (CREaTE) in Melaka.
The Saint-Gobain business units in Malaysia, namely Gyproc, Weber and E.Mix, came together as part of our Habitat initiative to participate in the 19th International Surveyors' Congress. This 2-day event is held at Istana Hotel, Kuala Lumpur and themed "Technology and Surveying - The Next Generation".
We are happy to participate in this event and introduce Saint-Gobain's products and solutions to the attendees.
Gyproc Malaysia conducted a product presentation to over 60 architects from the Public Works Department (JKR) in Johor on 25th January 2018. This event was held at their training centre in Gelang Patah. We used this event to showcase our drywall and ceiling systems alongside Weber Malaysia and E.Mix as part of our Saint-Gobain Habitat initiative.
Gyproc Malaysia conducted a START (Site, Technical And Refurbishment Training) program for the employees of De Sun Ceil at our training centre in Port Klang on 15th March 2018.
The Saint-Gobain Malaysia business units of Gyproc Malaysia, Weber Malaysia and E.Mix conducted a product presentation to about 50 engineering students at University of Malaya on 21st March 2018. As part of our Sustainable Habitat initiative, the presentation also included product demonstrations by Weber and E.Mix
Gyproc Malaysia was invited by Pakatan Reka Arkitek to present at their workshop on Saturday, 7th April 2018. Our presentation to their architects focused on Gyproc's drywall and ceiling systems to give them a better understanding about our products and its applications.
Gyproc Malaysia, Weber Malaysia, and E.Mix conducted a joint seminar to PERHEBAT (Perbadanan Hal Ehwal Bekas Angkatan Tentera) on 24th April 2018. About 40 participants attended the seminar which is conducted as part of our Sustainable Habitat initiative. Besides the presentations on our products, Weber Malaysia and E.Mix also conducted a product demonstration at PERHEBAT's workshop.
