- Substrate must be hard and free from surface contamination
- Contraction joints and cracks in the substrate which may be subject to movement after installation of EMIX Easi Screed must be maintained as joints in the new surface.
- Advisable of apply a layer of E.MIX moisture sealer on a high fly as concrete surface as interface modification to reduce the effect to its cover material.
- Dampen the surface with clean water or clean the surface by using high pressure water jet before priming
